Today I was excited to receive copies of the book I co-authored as a Festschrift in honour of Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, the Vice Chancellor, Federal University Lokoja.
As a Legislative Governance expert and practitioner, I am honoured to make this scholarly contributions to the existing body of knowledge and literature in Legislative studies and comparative legislature.
The task of building a virile democracy in Nigeria and Africa requires sound education of the populace on legislative governance, practices and procedure, which is underscored by the philosophical underpining of the design of our democracy.
