Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa Distributes Laptops to Constituents in 5000 Women/Youth Empowerment Initiative
Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa, the member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, has empowered his constituents with brand-new laptops as part of his 5000 women/youth empowerment initiative. The event, which took place on March 1, 2025, is one of many programs aimed at fostering human capital development in the constituency.
The training, conducted by CREEDTEC Engineering Limited, brought together beneficiaries from various wards and clans within Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency. Participants were equipped with essential skills in Information Technology and were each presented with a brand-new HP laptop, a certificate of participation, and a promised stipend to be credited to their accounts.
Speaking on behalf of Hon. Ibe, Chief I. I. Idika, his Chief of Staff and representative at the event, emphasized the lawmaker’s commitment to human capital development. He assured participants that similar initiatives would continue as part of Hon. Ibe’s broader vision for empowering his constituents.
