Eze Aro, Mazi Godwin Kanu Idei Secures Victory As The Authentic Eze of Arochukwu Kingdom Trashes All Allegations Against Him

On May 24, 2024, the Magistrate Court, presided over by His Worship Onwutueme-Madu N. O. (Mrs) struck out the charge and discharged the defendant.

We can recall that on 30th April 2024, The High Court of Abia State Presided over by Hon Justice C. U. Okoroafor, quashed all impersonation charges against Eze Aro, Mazi Godwin Kanu Idei and also restraining the Chief Magistrate Court, Uzuakoli, The Attorney General of Abia State, The ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, the Nigeria Police, the Inspector general of Police and Commissioner of Police, Abia State Command from taking further action on the matter, with the recent judgement from the Magistrate Court this bringing the legal proceedings to an end.
